Planning a waterbirth is an exploration of choices.

This 2 hour workshop gives pregnant  ladies who are considering a waterbirth a safe place to:

*meet others who are planning a waterbirth

*explore active birth, physiology of labour and the use of water for complementing any birth experience

*practice positions using a demo pool (dry)

*receive support for making your choices by a qualified midwife and antenatal educator

*explore ways to optimise chances of using water

*more in depth look at the use of water than standard Antenatal classes
