We will cover the basics of how colour affects our body, mind and spirit

and how crystals work as a colour healing tool.

The workshop includes healing practical work so you can learn

how to do some colour healing on yourself at home.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie, and a cushion/pillow.
