What a fantastic day Duncan and I had on Sunday as guests on Nick Ashrons Light Workers Guide to the Galaxy.

Nick was filming his new series at Edge Media Studios in Milton keynes for release in the Autumn.

I went along to talk about nutrition and spirituality and also to make some foods as a demonstration on the show. Nick helped with this by doing some blending of tofu and summer fruits.
