Raising Your Vibration – 2012 Sound Healing Group
A monthly get together for all those interested in the use of sound to raise their energy, heal the body and raise their personal vibration
No experiencenecessary—this is a development group to explore ideas and experience the power of sound
Djembe Drumming

Shamanic Drumming
Percussion

Led by Claire, this will be an informal, fun, and interactive group in which you can choose to join in with creating sound or just sit back and enjoy the experience—the choice is always yours!
Held on the third Wednesday of
every month from 7-9pm £5 (except March 2012 when it will be the second Wed)
January 18th 2012 – We will be looking at the Chakras and the emotional and physical aspect of each. The sound that each chakra has related to it and making that sound with voice or instrument – and dont worry, all together as a group, not individually.
February 15th 2012 - In this session we will be exploring the effect of sound on how it makes us feel. Using different types of music we will explore what makes us feel happy, sad, uplifted, lethargic. How the brain responds to sound and the hemisync effect.
March 14th 2012 Experience the Crystal Bowls with sound healer Sandra Chattaway. Pure healing sound that fills your very soul. Beautiful, uplifting and transformational. PLease note there is an extra charge to this evening – £10
April 18th 2012- An evening with Micheal Chamber lain from Sounds Alive
May 16th 2012 – Making your own percussion tools for cleansing your aura.
During this fun and practical evening we will be making our own shakers and rattles that we can use in our aura to clear the negative energies and help balance the body.
June 20th 2012- sacred drumming
