Mentoring Services
Mentoring is neither counselling nor psychotherapy. This service will make available intuitive guidance, meditation techniques and Reiki therapy depending on the needs of the client.
A mentoring session will provide a safe environment for you to establish a path of growth. Helping you to clarify goals and develop a method of achievement. To motivate and support you to discover any belief system that may be holding you back form experiencing a lighter life.
Appointments cost £15 for 45 mnutes.

About Mandy and Inner Depth
During a path of development that began with a personal study of nutrition, leading to the investigation of healinh, there were many times that a listening ear and a helping hand were gratefully received. This helped me to take the next step which included training to teach Reiki and Meditation.
I am a memeber of the UK Reiki Federation adhering to the codes and ethics of client care and confidentiality.
