Reiki Attunement

Reiki is a form of energy healing which can be used to heal mind, body and spirit, for yourself and others.

  Sarah Bradshaw – Reiki Master provides Reiki courses at all levels, from beginner (first degree) through practitioner (second degree) to teacher (master degree) at the centre.

Attunements to four different frequencies of Reiki energy are offered:

Usui Reiki

Takes its name from Dr Mikao Usui, a buddhist monk who rediscovered this system of healing during the late 1800s in Japan.  This is the most popular form of reiki being practiced in the West and is the startinf gpoint for most Reiki initiates.

Tibetan Reiki

Is offered as an additional attunement alongside the Usui Reiki, students are attuned to this frequency at no extra cost when booking a Usui course at any level. Combining the Tibetan and Usui frequencies increases the power of the Reiki we are able to channel through our hands for healing.

Karuna Reiki

Means “compassion in action” and was devised by American Reiki master Lee Rand.  This system contains twelve symbols with a higher finer vibration than the Usui system.

 In order to progress to using this system of Reiki students must have already received their Usui and Tibetan Reiki attunements at the appropriate level.

Annubis Reiki

Was channelled by Reiki Master Valerye Dayton in the late 1990s and was in use in Ancient Egypt until the dynasty of Ramses II. This is one of the highest frequencies of Reiki currently available. The system contains seven symbols, each one linked to a major chakra (energy centre).

Students wishing to train ar Master Level must first undergo initiation into the Karuna system.
