Tarot Reading Course

This course is designed for the beginner, no previous experience is necessary to take part in this course.

There are no special talents or abilities required to learn this fascinating art, and it is also a lot of fun to learn. Tarot can be used as a valuable tool toward self discovery.

The practice of tarot  readingcan be used as a way of understanding your inner being and to access the deepest parts of the mind. It is a form of divination which can be used to sign post possible future events, however the future is not set in stone nor is the future fated in some way. We all have free will and can change our future from one minute to the next.

Tarot shows the possibilities, it does not show absolutes.

Tarot can be a very useful counselling tool and a powerful way of understanding yourself and the path you are on.  You can show where you are now and the way to move forward with your life.

The course will cover Tarot history however the main emphasis will be the elements and how they are represented within the tarot deck.

We will look at both Arcana of the tarot and the meaning for each card..

Throughout the course we will be using an amalgamation of systems to quickly learn how to read the cards.

The course will be based on the Rider Waite Tarot cards however if you own a different deck you are welcome to use that. Cards can be ordered from us – Call 01305 839394 to order.

Handouts are provided and refreshments will be available during the evening.

This course then leads onto the Tarot Intermediates Course and then on succesful completion of both courses The Tarot Club to further develop your skills.

Garrys interest in Tarot and related subjects began at the early age of 11 when his mother asked him what he wanted for his birthday. He replied – ” a pack of tarot cards”.  His mother was not surprised as she herself had a talent for the art and met regularly with other mediums.
