Enjoyed the programme so much,started watching but was due to go out and meet some friends,in the end I found the programme so interesting I couldn’t leave it so made an excuse.Andrew was superb,he obviously loves his subject and his work.As one who takes no medication at all I’m probably not the best person to comment,the only question I have is whilst all these herbs are available and useable I would like to know what exactly we do when using them,eg I have a lot of St John’s Wort in my garden and I’d like to use it but whilst Andrew say’s cut it on June 24th,what do I do with it exactly?
